If you are travelling for a long period, or need someone to take over your lease for 5 months, I will take well care of your apartment and pay rent on time.
Im a Scandinavian consultant on an assignment for 5 months from March 1st to end July and would like a studio downtown manhattan, preferably Nolita or East Village.
I only need a very small place, and I am ok with both furnished and unfurnished. If you have any furniture, I will take well care of them. I am also open to cat sitting.
