My fiancé and I are looking for a summer sublet while we study for the bar exam. He’s 28 and I’m 27. We have subletted several times from Craiglist and understand how important it is to find a responsible and respectful subletter. We live in Boston, but we will be in NYC this weekend to look at apartments.

Our ideal dates are June 1st to July 31st. Our dates are EXTREMELY flexible. We have family and friends to stay with, if our dates do not match up perfectly. The only caveat is that we would like the place for the last two weeks of July. We could move out early as July 29th though.

We definitely don’t smoke, have pets, and will not have anyone over in the apartment. We will respect your belongings. We’re particularly interested in living in East or West Village, Chelsea, Gramercy, Soho, and Union Square but are definitely open to anything else that’s located near a subway stop. We don’t mind sharing a room with others in a multi-bedroom apartment. No brokers please. We know NYC well enough to know Manhattan and also the average rents in each neighborhood. Thanks so much!

Available for short term from March 20th to June 1st for 2 months. GREAT Downtown Manhattan location, Tribeca District walking distance to Soho, Wall Street the Village. Only 3 train stops from Times Square. Close to all the subway trains: A, E, C, 1, 4,5,6, J,Q. 2 blocks away from the new Hudson River Park on the Hudson River which features jogging, biking, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.. This is a large comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 800 square foot loft with a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The loft has newly refinished maple hardwood floors in the common room and oak in the bedrooms. It also has 5 huge windows facing the street. It also has a country style kitchen. The loft is completely furnished with Queen size mattresses, dressers cable TV and closet space. Utilities and Cable are not included. - A charge of $65 will also be made for a cleaning service per visit up to 1 week + $15 laundry fee
(Laundry fee will be waved if payment of 50% of payment is made upon booking)
