Incredibly convenient and inexpensive large studio apartment in the heart of Chelsea, but dates and price are not negotiable. Price includes everything, cable t.v. and cable internet (I almost prefer you use my computer instead of hook up your own if possible). Laundry in the building, friendly Yugoslavian doormen 24-hours, right on 23rd street where everything is open all the time but my apartment is not on the street and therefore is silent.
